Warranty

Every HTCO piece is covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers structural cracking and defects in casting or sealing under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, impact, improper installation, or the natural variation in stone chips and hand-finished surfaces, which is a feature of the material. This warranty operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
